Here’s how we bring us ur vision to life: Prep work: We kick off by prepping the ground, clearing away any grass to create a smooth level surface Formulation: utilizing a specialized polypropylene blend, we seamlessly infuse color throughout the concrete mix. Our curbing machine molds the mixture into a sturdy, extruded form, reinforced with a robust galvanized cable for enhanced durability. Refinement: Our team meticulously hand smooths the entire length of the curbing, rectifying any imperfections and ensuring a flawlessly polished finish. Personalization: elevate your curbing with custom textures, crafted stamps, and accent color antiquing, resulting in a truly unique aesthetic. Control joints are placed every 2-2.5 feet to minimize the risk of cracks. Tidying up: we take pride in out work environment. Our team clears excess concrete from the front of the curbing for a clean, polished look. Sealing the deal: To wrap up the process, we apply two coats of premium sealer, delivering a durable, long lasting finish that ensures your curbing stands the rest of time. *after sealing, your curb will look a bit darker as it is still fresh; it will dry over time and give you the color you desire ——————————————————————
